When making a purchase in Lala’s Closet in the checkout selection, there are taxes and shipping cost that are attached to the order and these fees are solely the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded by Lala’s Closet.


@Lala’s Closet We don’t offer refunds on any items. However, if you decided to cancel the order before shipment, Please email us at Lalacloset03@gmail.com. We will notify you of an approval or a rejection of the refund. If you are approved the refund will go back to the original method of payment, and it could take up to 1-2 business days. However, it could depend on the method of payment that’s processed at check-out could take longer processing days. @Lala’s Closet. We want to satisfy our customers while shopping with us, when buying items as a customer you may need assistance or questions answered before making purchases.

No Refunds/ No returns

No Returns on these items specified: Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Shoes, Sale Items and Accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS). 


If items need to be returned or exchanged; The items must be in the same condition it was delivered with no damages, unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no smells and all tags still attached. If the items appear to have these conditions that are specified above, there will be no store credit issued. Store credit is issued once the items have been sent back to the store within the time frame of 7 days from the delivery date. The items are inspected and checked thoroughly, and if the items are in the same condition within 5 days a store credit will be given, but if not there will be no store credit given. The same process goes for exchanging the items, the information stated above must be in the same condition delivered before rending a store credit. The store credit condition applies to the customers. The store credit is the sub-total of the merchandise that will not include shipping cost and taxes. In returning items, the customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we do not provide shipping labels.

Billing and Shipping

Please be advised when ordering any merchandise that the address information is placed in the correct spots. Although, all purchases will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. If you choose to waive the signature, please email me. You will be responsible if your package becomes lost, stolen or missing. Note: No, refunds will be issued and if the address or billing doesn’t match. For all orders with unmatched billing and shipping addresses, we require further verification before processing your order. @ LaLa’s Closet we can ship orders to all locations within the United States. We do not ship internationally. However, the minimum requirement for free shipping with orders $75.00 and up with taxes added. Once orders are processed pending on inventory and verification of payment. Upon the shipping and handling options includes Standard Shipping, via USPS postal service upon receiving a tracking number after we have shipped your order. Although, Shipping times will vary based on your location and during the pandemic as well. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive shipping tracking status. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not usually ship out until Monday. Please note once orders have left out the store, we are no longer responsible for packages during transit.
